You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

3) Use of Services

You agree to use Bungkoos solely for lawful business purposes related to food, beverage, or retail operations. Bungkoos provides tools such as QR ordering, POS cashier, kitchen display system (KDS), analytics, and customer management.

4) Payments & Billing

• Some features may require paid subscriptions or tokens. Fees are specified at the time of purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Payment processing is handled by third parties (e.g., Midtrans). By using such services, you agree to their terms.

5) Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Bungkoos services, logos, content, and software are owned by Bungkoos or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your business operations.

6) Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Using Bungkoos for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Exceeding reasonable usage limits or attempting to disrupt our infrastructure.
• Sharing or reselling services without prior written consent.

7) Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to our platform or other users. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.

8) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Bungkoos provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bungkoos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bungkoos, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of Bungkoos after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
